I absolutely loved making this piece! The original image is a vibrant, mixed media drawing on an upcycled wood box.

By playing around with coloured pencil, bright Posca pens, sparkling gems, and a whole lot of love, I created my exquisite, drag-inspired Jesus.

As an inclusive artist in the YEG art scene, I wanted to create a piece of queer-friendly, joyful art that challenges the norm and celebrates absolute fabulousness.
